In this meditation and journaling class, instructor Lindsey O’Connell offers a unique blend of introspection and self-expression. Participants are guided through mindful meditation exercises to center their thoughts, emotions, and sensations. Following this period of inner reflection, they transition to journaling, capturing their experiences, insights, and feelings on paper. This combined practice not only helps in enhancing self-awareness but also fosters a deeper understanding of one’s thoughts and patterns. Through meditation, individuals find clarity and calm, and through journaling, they articulate and process these revelations, creating a path to personal growth and holistic well-being.
