Using fun props, music, and games, this dance and movement class has both physical and mental benefits. It covers skills such as balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, endurance, and more. The class and exercises are adaptable and people of all abilities are welcomed and encouraged to join!  Individual, partner, and group dances will be shared in community, while care will be given to the play and personal joy of dance.
