Meditation and Journaling (Series)

In this meditation and journaling class, instructor Lindsey O’Connell offers a unique blend of introspection and self-expression. Participants are guided through mindful meditation exercises to center their thoughts, emotions, and sensations. Following this period of inner reflection, they transition to journaling, capturing their experiences, insights, and feelings on paper.
