Ceramics is a hands-on introduction to working with clay in our Hand-Building Studio. With Stacey Ruud, participants learn pinching, coiling and slab building, then glaze and fire their finished pieces. Clay is forgiving and deeply tactile, which makes it one of the most popular studios we run. Tools and techniques are adapted so every participant can shape, decorate and complete their own work.
