Marilyn Mitchell is an exhibiting artist that worked for 35 years as an RN, primarily in Women’s Health Care and Medical Ethics. She first trained as a Nia Technique Instructor in the year 2000, having completed her Black Belt in 2008. She’s married with 2 adult children and lives in Pawling. She teaches Spirit Dance, based on the Nia Technique, a combination of low impact aerobics, martial arts and free dance.
