Lee Ann's introduction to yoga happened by chance during her college years in upstate New York. What began as a physical education requirement would soon develop into an endearing weekly ritual for one short semester. Five years and one cross country move later, Lee Ann found her way back to yoga seeking an outlet for community, creativity, and mindful awareness. She quickly fell in love with yoga for the second time and made the decision to deepen her practice by completing a 200 Hour Teacher Training at her beloved studio, True North Yoga in Boise, Idaho. Shortly after graduating from the program, Lee Ann would move back to her home, Putnam County, New York, where she has enjoyed sharing these practices in community for the last two years. As a licensed therapist, her classes and workshops center not just the physical asanas of the practice, but the peace and mental clarity that can be found within.
