Meet Kelly Daley — Manager of InterArts, seasoned yoga teacher, local friend, and owner of Daley Ayurveda, a holistic healthcare practice located here in the Hudson Valley InterArts Center. Kelly is a Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher, Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, and Herbalist.
Kelly's yoga teaching journey began in 2016 when she received her RYT 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, Indonesia, through YogaWorks. Since then, she has taught chair yoga to seniors in California, vinyasa and restorative yoga at the Art of Healing in Carmel, NY, Yoga Therapy at Putnam Hospital, and prenatal yoga to expecting mothers, along with yoga-on-the-farm at Harvest Moon Farm and Orchard, and has been our yoga teacher here at HVIA since May 2023.
Kelly also graduated from the California College of Ayurveda, one of the top Ayurveda schools in the US, where she completed her Ayurvedic Clinical Specialist (CAS) program. She has accumulated nearly 5,000 hours of educational and practical experience, including about 1,000 hours of supervised internship.
As an avid hiker and nature enthusiast, Kelly has always felt deeply connected to the five elements and the ways in which they affect the mind, body, and spirit. She guides and inspires students to nurture a lifestyle of health, peace, and balance within themselves and with the world around them, incorporating yoga, meditation, pranayama, herbal medicine, diet, and lifestyle routines to support each person's holistic healing journey.
"I feel it is my purpose to be of service to those in need of support, to educate those seeking knowledge, and to be a channel for conscious healing and creative expression."
