Instructor of Yoga and Dance. Studied at Bucknell; performed in A Chorus Line, West Side Story, and Carousel, and with companies including Erick Hawkins and Pilobolus. Co-directs the Putnam County Dance project. RYT 200-hour (Sonic Yoga), with Dancing Classrooms and Forme Barre certifications. B.A. Psychology (Bucknell), M.A. Dance/Education (NYU).
