Kris, a holistic guide and Reiki Master Teacher, offers a unique approach to wellness, blending ancient wisdom traditions with modern techniques. With over 8 years of experience in practices like mindfulness, Reiki, and energy healing, Kris possesses a keen intuitive awareness that allows her to attune to the unique needs of each individual. Through personalized meditation guidance, intuitive Reiki sessions, and mindfulness journeys, Kris creates a sacred space for self-healing and self-discovery. Her work empowers individuals to tap into their innate capacity for wellbeing, providing the tools, support, and guidance to reclaim their vitality, creativity, and inner wisdom. In addition to her private practice, Kris shares her transformative teachings at workshops and retreats around the region. She also founded the “Awaken the Inner Light” initiative, helping people reconnect with nature and step into the fullest expression of who they are.
