This 6-week program provides a mix of physical, creative, and social activities to engage teens and adults in a holistic wellness experience. Each week covers different topics like mindfulness, emotional health, relaxation, self-expression, and community bonding.
The hands-on projects give them creative outlets and wellness tools to continue their practice at home.
