In this yoga class, taught by Erin Jennings, students will go through a moving meditation class that incorporates standard yoga poses such as tree and the sun salutation with tools for relaxation and stress relief. Simple mindful movements with attention to breathing will develop inner and outer strength, confidence, flexibility, and balance.
