Yin and Flow Yoga helps us to understand the need for dynamic movement (Yang) but also to slow down to replenish and allow for deep rest (Yin).
Starting with a flowing, dynamic and strengthening Vinyasa Yoga, flowing effortlessly into a wonderfully nourishing, releasing and Restorative Yoga practice.
The end of class will focus on mindful long held floor based stretches (3-5 mins); incorporating props in order to target the deep connective tissue, ligaments and fascia of the body.
