A combination journaling and slow-flow yoga class, led by Kelly Daley, pairing writing prompts that encourage self-exploration and creative thinking with gentle stretching and breath-work for exploring your potential in 2024 and beyond. We will incorporate yoga props along with pencil and paper to unite with our highest selves.

A journal, like a yoga mat, can be a refuge, a place where you can discover more about who you really are, and celebrate that discovery. By interjecting free flow and some guided writing / drawing exercises into a yoga practice, we will open to the richness of deeper self-reflection and creativity. Open to all who wish to gain more understanding of your potential.

 

Class Level is both Assisted and Beginner.

Class Level: ASSISTED. This class will include assistance for students needing support in engagement and participation. This may be assistance from instructors, support staff, or caregivers, or a combination of the above. Assistance is encouraged, and accessibility is a priority. Students should be prepared for diverse abilities, and engagement that is both independent and collaborative with support.

Class Level: BEGINNER. This class is for those who can work independently while receiving instruction and class collaboration, as well as participate in group activities and practice.  No prior experience in art technique is necessary, and beginning approaches and techniques will be covered and supported.
