In this meditation and journaling class, instructor Kristen Haefner offers a unique blend of introspection and self-expression. Participants are guided through mindful meditation exercises to center their thoughts, emotions, and sensations. Following this period of inner reflection, they transition to journaling, capturing their experiences, insights, and feelings on paper. This combined practice not only helps in enhancing self-awareness but also fosters a deeper understanding of one’s thoughts and patterns. Through meditation, individuals find clarity and calm, and through journaling, they articulate and process these revelations, creating a path to personal growth and holistic well-being.

Class Level: ASSISTED. This class will include assistance for students needing support in engagement and participation. This may be assistance from instructors, support staff, or caregivers, or a combination of the above. Assistance is encouraged, and accessibility is a priority. Students should be prepared for diverse abilities, and engagement that is both independent and collaborative with support.
