Reunite with your breath and body during this 90 minute yoga practice. Enjoy pranayama, or traditional yogic breathing, while exploring your body one yoga pose at a time. Yoga breathing is deliberate and controlled breathing exercises that increase mindfulness, relieve anxiety, reduce stress and pain, and support your mood and sleep. All are welcome.
